The LERO-EWP-LDT-01 Water Pump Durability Test Bench enables durability testing of water pumps within high- and low-temperature environmental chambers. A temperature control unit precisely regulates the antifreeze medium temperature, while real-time monitoring tracks voltage, current, pressure, flow rate, speed, and liquid level. The system automatically generates and exports test data and performance curves. Equipped with overload alarm and protection functions, it features high customizability, advanced automation, exceptional stability, and supports unattended long-duration testing. The LERO-EWP-LDT-01 test bench allows users to set both medium and ambient temperatures. Via CAN/LIN/PWM controllers, it regulates pump speed to measure flow rate, head, inlet/outlet pressures, medium density, voltage, current, speed, input/output power, and efficiency. Leveraging Lero's intelligent control algorithms, it rapidly and accurately adjusts flow or head to target test points. With automated result validation and one-click full automation, this bench delivers an efficient solution for automated pump manufacturing. Customizable to client requirements, it supports both mechanical and electronic pumps.
