Product Overview

The LERO-EOP-LDT-06 Hydraulic Pump Durability Test Bench performs durability testing of hydraulic pumps inside high/low-temperature environmental chambers. A temperature control unit regulates the fluid medium temperature in real time, while monitoring voltage, current, pressure, flow rate, speed, and liquid level. The system captures test data, generates curves for export, and includes overload alarm and protection features. It offers high customizability, automation, stability, and supports unattended durability testing. The LERO-EOP-LDT-06 test bench allows setting of fluid and ambient temperatures, pump speed control via CAN/LIN/PWM controllers, and measurement of flow rate, inlet/outlet pressure, fluid density, voltage, current, torque, speed, input/output power, and efficiency. Powered by Leroy's intelligent control algorithms, it rapidly and precisely adjusts flow to target test points, automatically evaluates results, and enables one-click fully automated testing—providing an efficient solution for automated pump production. Customizable per client requirements, it covers both electric and mechanical hydraulic pumps.
