The LERO-EOP-LPT-01 Integrated Performance Test Bench for Automotive Oil Pumps is built on a modular, flexible design to automate performance and reliability testing of automotive oil pumps. It offers high customizability, advanced automation, exceptional stability, and superior test efficiency. The LERO-EOP-LPT-01 test bench allows users to set media and ambient temperatures, control pump speed via CAN/LIN/PWM controllers, and measure key parameters including flow rate, inlet/outlet pressure, suction height, liquid level, media density, voltage, current, torque, rotational speed, input/output power, and efficiency. Powered by RENO's intelligent control algorithms, it rapidly and precisely adjusts flow or pressure to target test points, automatically evaluates results, and enables fully automated one-click testing. Designed for flexibility, the system can be customized to meet specific R&D or production needs, providing an integrated solution for automotive oil pump performance testing. Available configurations cover both electric and mechanical oil pumps, tailored to customer requirements.
