The LERO-SP-LPT-01 Renault Suspension Pump Performance Test Bench is a professional test rig designed to provide end-to-end data support and technical assurance for the performance development and reliability validation of active suspension hydraulic pumps. The equipment integrates four core functions: precise oil temperature control, ambient temperature simulation, rapid direction reversal, and intelligent pressure regulation. It supports storing test parameters by product model and serial number, enabling one-click retrieval during testing to significantly reduce preparation time. With high customization, automation, and stability, the system flexibly adapts to suspension pump tests of various specifications. Leveraging Renault's intelligent control algorithms, the system quickly adjusts pressure to preset test points while simultaneously collecting key performance parameters such as inlet/outlet pressure, flow rate, speed, torque, voltage, current, and NVH. It automatically compares these results with theoretical setpoints, providing comprehensive and precise data to support suspension pump R&D iteration and performance optimization.
