Product Overview

The LERO-SP-LDT-01 suspension pump durability test bench by Renault is designed for durability validation and product development testing of active suspension hydraulic pump modules. The equipment features adjustable oil temperature, ambient temperature, and system pressure to accurately simulate real-world operating conditions, enabling reliable assessment of the pump's full lifecycle durability performance. The system comprises eight core modules: frame, fixture system, environmental temperature control, oil temperature control, hydraulic system, filtration system, data acquisition and processing, and control system. It offers three key advantages: high customization, high automation, and high stability. Technical parameters can be stored by pump model number and retrieved instantly during testing, significantly improving efficiency and consistency. The system continuously monitors and records critical parameters including inlet/outlet pressure, flow rate, voltage, current, rotational speed, vibration, and noise under specified temperature and pressure conditions to validate the suspension pump's service life. This solution fully supports both product development and quality verification requirements.
