LERO Electronic Oil/Water Pump EOL Test System (LERO-EP-EOL-01) delivers fully automated end-of-line testing for oil and water pumps under constant medium temperature. It provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, pressure, flow rate, speed, and torque, along with data logging and curve export capabilities. The system features overload alarms and protection mechanisms, offering high customizability, automation levels, and stability. The LERO-EP-EOL-01 test bench allows precise control of pump speed via CAN/LIN/PWM controllers while measuring flow rate, head, inlet/outlet pressure, medium density, voltage, current, torque, speed, input/output power, efficiency, and NVH parameters. Powered by Leino's intelligent control algorithms, it rapidly and accurately adjusts flow or pressure to target test points, automatically compares results against set values, and executes one-click full automation testing. Designed to match production cycle times, this customizable solution supports efficient automation for automotive oil/water pump manufacturing.
