The LERO-MPT-LPT-01 Motor Performance Test Bench is designed to evaluate motor performance parameters. It features temperature control and supports testing of basic performance, torque, speed, output power, efficiency, and thermal characteristics. Key advantages include high system customization, automated testing, and superior stability. Basic performance tests cover voltage, current, speed, torque, and temperature. Load performance tests are steady-state evaluations where a servo loading system simulates real-world conditions at constant speed to measure performance under varying loads and generate load characteristic curves. Starting performance tests assess starting torque, load characteristics, rotor imbalance, back EMF, and counter-force wave content. Starting characteristic tests ensure smooth operation while minimizing high-frequency fluctuations caused by structural or design differences between the test specimen and stator. Axial loading tests verify the motor's axial load capacity. Thermal rise tests use environmental chambers to evaluate motor behavior across different temperature ranges.
