The LERO-MDT-LDT-06 Motor Durability Test Bench is designed to evaluate motor durability and reliability. It integrates high/low-temperature environmental chambers for durability testing under thermal cycling conditions and features a dynamic axial loading module to simulate real-world operational loads, comprehensively assessing component durability. The system offers high customization, automation, and stability. With its multi-station parallel design, it supports simultaneous testing of multiple motors while recording and displaying key parameters in real time—including speed, torque, voltage, current, motor surface temperature, vibration acceleration, and ambient temperature—to provide complete data support for reliability analysis and life assessment.
