The REINOL liquid-cooled electronic pump performance test bench is designed for performance verification and cavitation testing of high-power liquid-cooled pumps. Equipped with a 2000L sealed pressure-resistant water tank and a wide-temperature-range thermal control system, it simulates real thermodynamic environments while eliminating suction starvation issues. Featuring a dual-independent piping architecture (DN125/DN80), it enables flexible, high-precision flow measurement across various ranges. The system includes an automated control hub supporting millisecond-level data acquisition and one-click intelligent control. Built-in high-precision cavitation testing modules accurately determine the Net Positive Suction Head required (NPSHc), optimizing impeller design and significantly extending pump lifespan under extreme operating conditions. Customizable dual-piping solutions with flexible switching between performance and cavitation testing are available to meet specific customer needs, ideal for thermal management modules and data center liquid cooling pump testing.
