The Reine Compressor Performance Test Bench is designed primarily for electric compressor testing. Its key functions include: - **Performance Parameter Testing**: Measurement and calculation of core metrics such as cooling/heating capacity, input power, COP/EER, speed, current, voltage, and insulation resistance. - **Operating Condition Simulation & Control**: Simulates real-world conditions including extreme temperatures, variable speeds, and varying loads. Precisely controls suction/discharge pressure, temperature, and flow to meet multi-condition testing requirements. - **Electrical Safety Testing**: Includes high-voltage insulation, dielectric strength, leakage protection, and CAN/LIN bus communication analysis, complying with automotive electric compressor safety standards. - **Vibration & Noise Testing**: Multi-channel vibration and noise acquisition to analyze vibration severity and sound power levels, evaluating NVH performance. - **Durability & Reliability Testing**: Conducts long-term continuous operation, start-stop cycling, and pressure shock tests while recording fault data and lifespan trends. - **Data Acquisition & Analysis**: Real-time data collection, curve generation, and automated report output. Supports standard format export and historical data traceability.
