The Renovo Dextrous Hand Performance Test Equipment is a precision system designed to comprehensively evaluate the performance of robotic dexterous hand actuators. It conducts systematic testing on complete actuator assemblies—including cup-core motors, hollow cup motors, and encoders—to fully quantify their mechanical, electrical, and dynamic characteristics. Integrated Performance Testing: Under simulated real-world load conditions, the device simultaneously captures multi-dimensional parameters such as output force, maximum stroke, linear speed, operating voltage, current, and overall system efficiency. Curve Analysis & Application: Automatically generates force-velocity and efficiency curves, providing clear visualization of the actuator's dynamic performance and energy conversion characteristics across varying loads. Key Performance Metrics: Output force/thrust, stroke/response time, back-driving force, load capacity, maximum driving force, positioning accuracy, absolute positioning accuracy, repeatability, motion performance, and linear speed.
