The LERO CDHM Series Digital Hydraulic Tester delivers high-precision measurements of flow, pressure, and temperature to quickly evaluate the performance of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and hydrostatic drives. Featuring a turbine flow module and digital display unit with axial electronic counting, it minimizes measurement errors caused by temperature and viscosity changes. The device supports bidirectional flow detection, offers a large-screen digital readout, and ensures easy operation. An optional built-in loading valve allows for real-world condition simulation and manual pressure adjustment. A built-in safety relief disc provides internal bypass unloading during overpressure events, protecting both equipment and personnel. Designed for portability, the lightweight unit features a tilted case for easy viewing and cleaning. Powered by battery, it offers low power consumption with automatic shut-off functionality. Test data can be viewed, stored, and forwarded in real-time via a mobile app compatible with Android and iOS.
